WABE Fall Institute Frequently Asked Questions

How is the Fall Institute going to be all virtual? 

We can’t wait to debut our new virtual event platform, which will provide the full amazing experience of the Fall Institute from your computer. You can expect all of the same great keynotes, presenters, and networking with fellow attendees and exhibitors. All registered attendees will have access to the virtual platform during and after the event (through October), where you will be able to access all of our recorded sessions.

I registered for the Fall Institute before the all-virtual announcement. What do I need to do?

Since you have already registered for the conference, there is nothing else you need to do. Your registration will be converted to an all-virtual attendance.

What about my hotel reservations?

All hotel reservations made within the official WABE Fall block have been automatically cancelled. If you booked outside of the block or at a different hotel from the Coast Wenatchee Hotel, please contact the hotel directly.

I think I transferred my 2020 Annual Conference registration to the Fall Institute, how do I know?

You should have received a transfer confirmation, but please contact the WABE Registrar to double check.

WABE Fall Institute Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations or provide refunds, but substitutions are accepted through the first day of the conference.
