This year’s Institute will be held at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport! WABE has negotiated fantastic room rates with the DoubleTree. Rate are $158 per night, fully refundable up to 24 hours in advance. For those choosing to drive in each day, parking is quick and easy. Reduced self-parking is provided for all attendees  on a space available basis at a reduced rate of $16.

Cut-off date: The group rate cut-off date at the DoubleTree by Hilton is January 5, 2024. Reservations are on a space-available basis, and the special conference rate is at the discretion of the hotel.
