The Washington Association for Bilingual Education is excited to host the Annual Conference in May 1-3, 2025 at the Hyatt Regency in Bellevue. Exhibitor Schedule (Subject to Change)

Set-Up:
Thursday, May 1 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
Friday, May 2 from 6:00 am – 7:30 am.

Show Hours:
Friday, May 2 from 7:30 am – 3:30 pm
Saturday, May 3 from 7:00 am – 11:30 am

Tear-Down:
Saturday, May 3 from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm. Tear-down must be completed by 1:30 pm on Saturday, May 3.

Inclusions

Booth sets include one 6′ x 30″ skirted table, plus two exhibit chairs. Up to two exhibit representatives are included. Additional reps are required to register at the two-day attendee rate.

Meals

Meals are not provided as part of exhibitor or sponsor registrations.
