The Washington Association for Bilingual Education is excited to host the Annual Conference in April 23-25, 2026 at the Yakima Convention Center in Yakima, WA. Educators from around the state will be coming to learn and network with fellow attendees and education partners like you.

Exhibitor Schedule (Subject to Change)

Set-Up:
Thursday, April 23 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
Friday, April 24 setup must be complete by 7 am.

Show Hours:
Friday, April 24 from 7:30 am – 4:15 pm
Saturday, April 25 from 7:00 am – 11:30 am

Tear-Down:
Saturday, April 25 from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm. Tear-down must be completed by 1:30 pm on Saturday, April 25.

Inclusions

Booth sets include one 8′ x 30″ skirted table, plus two exhibit chairs. Up to two exhibit representatives are included. Additional reps are required to register at the two-day attendee rate.

Meals

Meals are not provided as part of exhibitor or sponsor registrations.
